ACCOUNTING INFORMATION

To make a payment on your account using an echeck or debit/credit card Mastercard, Visa, Discover and AMEX. 
  • This is a one time payment.
  • RACH payments have no fee.
  • Payments by echeck have no fee.
  • There is a 3% processing fee charged when making a payment by credit card. 
  • If you would like to set up a recurring payment please review the RACH step by step information located under documents – PRCA – Online Payment Instructions
To make your payment on Alliance Bank's secure website you will need the following account information:

Management ID # is: 100
Association ID # is: 218
Homeowner ID is:   0+5 digit account number
 
*We recommend all payments be submitted at least 5 business days before the due date indicated on your invoice or coupon to avoid late charges.
 
Click here for the Alliance Bank website to make your payment and to make changes to your account - Please note you will need to select the login tab on the Association's bank website,  you must have the username and password you established when you originally set up your automatic payment. The Association DOES NOT HAVE YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD for the banking site.
 
IMPORTANT:
  • Please note, by clicking on the payment links to Alliance Bank you understand, you will be leaving the Peccole Ranch website.
  • Any questions about information on the following pages should be directed to Alliance Bank.
  • After establishing your account through the Alliance Bank, if you forget your username or password for Alliance Bank call 888-734-4567.
  • RACH payments have no fee for echecks.
  • There is a 3% processing fee charged when making a payment by credit card. 
BENEFITS:  

Security of Information: The homeowner will now be able to set up recurring payments without Peccole Ranch Community Master Association, or anyone other than the bank, having access to your personal and private banking information.
 
Payments when the homeowner chooses: The new program will allow the homeowner control to choose the day of the month they would like their assessment drafted, instead of having management pull from your account. Staff recommends posting your payments on the 1st through the 25th, so that the payment will post on time. Posting may take 3-5 days to post to your account.
 
Credit Card Reward Points:  As an alternative to the Direct Draft, the bank is also offering other new programs which allows the homeowner, through the Association’s website’s direct link to the bank, to make a one-time eCheck payment or one-time credit card payment,  which for many credit card users means additional reward points.
